The original idea was to celebrate the music of Buddy Holly, Ritchie Valens and The Big Bopper
So in  January of 2009 exactly 50 years after the original Winter Dance Party,
we put together our band.
In Phil Trigwell, Pep Torres,  and The Bell Monts we found the perfect cast for our tour,
and I was allowed to be The Tall Bopper.

The 5 shows we played turned out to be a huge success and a whole lotta fun too.
Since then people didn't stop beggin' me to repeat the whole thing.

We didn't want to repeat the 2009 tour since it was also the 50th anniversary that made it special and unique. We wanted to take the WDP even a step further and make it the best Rock'n'Roll Show that ever was.
Now in 2012 it's the third edition. The line-up is more international than ever. We got 10 musicians from 6 countries for you. We welcome back Pep Torres, one of the original acts, we've added the unbelievable Lester Peabody to our group. Then I had to give us a second chance to tour with the charming Lil' Linn after she missed last years WDP with pneumonia. I'm especially delighted to be reunited with my ol' Blue Star Boys buddy  Charlie Thompson after 10 years.
So be prepared for anything than just another concert. We will give you more variety, entertainment and surprise, than you can imagine. Four great Rock'n'Roll singers
backed up by the highly talented Winter Dance Party Band.
